My grandmother is passing away...

I just found out from my father that my grandmother has about 24–48 hours to live. This is only a few days after we found out that the home she was staying in was drugging her to keep her from causing problems to the point where she was having trouble eating...I haven't seen her yet, so I'm just kind of hoping she's not in any pain right now, and wishing she'd been able to enjoy her last days more than she has... My mother's going to be absolutely crushed by this. They were so close.

Well, as of a few hours ago, it's over. She went pretty quickly, fortunately. I think it was just time. The last couple months she was just not able to enjoy her life any more, so I think He saw fit to take her where she could once again. She was a wonderful person, honest and trusting to a fault, and would do anything for anyone.
