Wow! I've been accused of this so many times it isn't funny. There is no harm in flirting. It boost the ego and moral of people. Harmless flirting is just that, HARMLESS, unless you choose to pursue it. I would not go out of my way to flirt with a married man, or someone's boyfriend.

I tend to flirt without even realizing it. Seriously! I do something, that to me, was totally innocent, and I got some goober winking back at me. I had no intentions of even flirting with this person, but they think I do. Once while driving , an ash flew into my eye, I sat at a light trying to get the damn thing out. I was blinking , and even wiped at my eye, and some gardener thought I was making google eyes at him.

Oh heck yeah. I have fun with a little harmless flirtation in the work environment. It helps to lighten
