Depends on my mood. When I don't want to be online, I'm not online - that's it.

Unfortunately, even if I don't want to, I have to go online after a period to collect the e-mails.

I almost gave it up for Lent. But then I realize, you have to check your email account at least once month or you end up losing it.

But I have been away from the computer for days at a time.

I don't have time usually during the week to go on the computer. Between working, doing household chores, and my daughter being on the computer, there's just no time. That's why I cherish the weekends..... that's MY time to hog the PC

Can I? Yes. I've gone without computer use for 24+ hours many times when I drove with my family from OH to NY to see my other relatives, since we did the trip in two days and there was no computer at the hotel we always stopped at halfway. Will I willingly, though? No.

Especially not if I'm at home, since I have to use a computer every day at work (it's hard to do data entry without one

). That means the 24+ hours would have to occur on a weekend, and weekend - computer = teh boring.

I have, usually for camping trips, but occasionally when very busy. Unlikely to see it often though.

Silly Christians, giving up stuff you like for an entire week or month or whatever.

One guy where I work gave up all junk food and fast food for a month, I think. That had to have sucked.
