Well it now turned out after more tests and after he deteriorated rapidly, he has either an infection of his liver, OR a tumor. Both are bad news. But it CAN be solved. But it can also go bad....:( He is rather ok right now..but we still have to just wiat and see.<

>Thanks both of you though. <

Well, it is either a tumor on his liver, or just an infection. Both can kill just as badly. Or can heal all the same. It's weird not knowing what you';re up against. I mean..he gets tablets and stuff, but I dunno whether he'll be ok. I have to check back at the vets (if nothing bad happens with him) in two weeks, that is when the injection they gave him runs out. I dunno...He seems rather well rigth now though! he's catching butterflies as we speak. (he can't he is kinda stupid..) <

If sounds to me like he could be getting better. A sick animal won't feel in the mood to play...so...my guess is that he's recovering well! I'll keep my fingers crossed for you! I am sure he'll get better!!! Nothing hurts more than to see your pet really sick. You just feel so powerless when that happens. <

I think he is better...he caught a mouse and gave it to me...whoile it was still alive. He was SO proud....then he caught it again,. while I was tryign to catch it to release it outside, he smacked it into a wall, and it died instantly...he ws SO happy....and I well..I don't ;like the fact he killed a little mouse (eventhough we sometimes get infested with them) but I had to smile and have my hopes up again.<
><
>That is terrible....I had a cat who had to be put to sleep..she had cancer, she could barely walk...it was so sad..And I know, I would give anything too! I told them to do whatever it takes, with all my pets I do that...My cockateels as well.. <
