Recently (and via snail-mail), I received two copies of the 20th Anniversary Edition of Transformers: The Movie's soundtrack. (I ordered two copies via Target--and paid for them with a Target gift card that my younger sister had given to me for my birthday.) :)

Even more recently, I bought two more copies of the Transformers: The Movie 20th Anniversary Edition soundtrack (via Wal-Mart.com)...and four "Weird Al Yankovic albums: his 1983 self-titled debut album, Alapalooza, Even Worse and Off The Deep End.

A friend of mine is sending me "Jagged' by Gary Numan. I've heard some of the songs and he still has it. :D

In addition to the ten original tracks, the 20th anniversary re-release (I have four copies thereof) contains four new tracks:

Unicorn Medley: Vince DiCola
Moon Base 2--Shuttle Launch: Vince DiCola
Megatron Must Be Stopped (Parts 1 and 2): Vince DiCola
The Transformers (theme) (alternate version): Stan Bush and Vince DiCola

And now...I have an early-'90s CD edition of Transformers: The Movie's soundtrack very similar to your copy). I bought it from Amazon.com in December, 2007. (I even have a rarely-played cassette edition of the soundtrack. It was released in '86, but I bought it in '88.)

That is great, TG1! Congratulations on your acquisition
of such soundtracks in the many incarnations of t-
hem. I still own the cassette version of the T-
ransformers the movie soundtrack pictu-
red priorly as well. I currently own s-
ome of the re-release Transfor-
mer figures, but not really
a great collection. Jus-
t some characters
that I favored.

I recently got the new Nine Inch Nails album, Ghosts I-IV. It's got a darker, moodier feel than the last album. The first two songs are weird piano movements that sort of build into the 3rd song, which is interesting to listen to just because of all the different sounds and instruments used. I swear I just heard a doorbell. LOL
You tried your best and failed miserably. The lesson is, "never try."
