I don't think there's anything too weird in my fridge. Olives are kind of intrinsically weird, that's as close as I can get.

I happen to LOVE pineapple & chicken salad!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mom makes a great one with a ginger and curry dressing. Yummy!!!

I have what I call mini-Pepsi in my fridge. It's Pepsi, but in an eight ounce can. My local stores just started carrying them so there was a kinda, exciting buzz around. I like them, because I normally end up wasting the 12 oz ones. =/

Nothing weird or interesting in my fridge...half a case of Coke Zero, a bottle of wine, cheese slices, and a few condiments. I really do need to do some grocery shopping.

All kinds of stuff. I just went grocery shopping.

Here's the recipe.


1/2 head lettuce or 1 bunch red lettuce
1 can pineapple tidbits
2 large chicken breasts, cooked and chopped.
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 tsp curry powder


Chop lettuce into a large bowl. Drain pineapple and reserve juice in a jar with a lid. Toss chicken, pineapple, lettuce and walnuts into the bowl with the lettuce. Place Miracle Whip and curry powder in the jar with the pineapple juice and shake well. Add to the bowl of ingredients. Cover bowl and shake well. Yummy.

Mandarin oranges or tropical fruit can be used.

Sometimes I have this without the walnuts or raisins and still yummy that way too.
