I've been fighting one since Thanksgiving. It comes and goes.. then comes back again.

toms every year aroun-
d Christmas. But after cha-
nging my diet, this situation c-
hanged. I hope that your colds lea-
ve you all. My concoction of pepperm-
int tea, honey, ginger and lemon juice he-
lped me escape such conditions whenever it r-
eturns which is uncommon these days... but just
lemon juice or lemon water helps too. Good luck all.

No Ingrid, I'm still feeling pretty rotten, but at least it's starting to break up a little. My colds tend to hold on for awhile

I'm still having problems with my knee. I'm going back to the surgeon on Monday and we'll see what he's gonna do. I can't stand for more than 30 minutes without it really hurting me, and now since this knee isn't better, I will have to wait until Nov. or Dec. 09 to have the other knee done. The surgeon won't book my other surgery until my left knee is healed. Ty for asking
