Wooden screen door, utility hinges, exacto knife and bungee cords. I now have almost everything I need to finally keep my cats out of my bedroom and bathroom without having to leave those two doors shut all day... except that the screen door is about half an inch too tall to fit in the doorway properly with carpet underneath it.

So my task now is to figure out some way of shaving it down to size, or else to put the door back on top of my car with the bungee cords again and find somebody to shave it down for me. Nothing ever works exactly the way you want it, eh?

Ordered Sunday night/Monday morning and received today my super telephoto lens! The Sigma 150-500mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM APO lens. A monsterous one weighing in at 4.2 lbs, 9.9" long and 3.7" diameter... it's a beast!

And a size comparison to my Sony H5... standard digital camera...
