My VCR's have the 2nd audio feature and out of the whole cable selection maybe I find one or two stations that are actually "
oadcasting" in Second Audio. The rest of the stations display that they are
oadcasting in 2nd audio when in reality they're not! Sounds to me like it's almost a wasted feature if the stations don't care about

Like just about anything else in the world of technology, the inventors crank out new ideas faster than companies can afford to implement it. There is additional equipment that needs to be installed in order to do the type of
oadcasts that you refer to. Some replaces existing equipment.<

In some places that is probably true. In other places, it is a cost issue. Somebody has still got to pay for the ability to run the SAP. True, it has been around for awhile but when you are talking about some big costs, it takes time.<
