Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaap.

So the manga publishers have decided to go all dictatorial on us, huh? I can understand griping about the scanlating of licensed manga, but why are they forcing the removal of as-yet unlicensed manga, too? The anime distribution industry seems to work fine while tolerating the subbing of unlicensed shows. Maybe when they realize that pissing off their customer base is bad for sales, they'll pull the stick out of their arse.

Well, whatever. I'm sure the scanlators will continue to do their thing regardless, the same way that fansubbers have flipped off publishers who try to make them stop subbing. I'll simply have to set up an account on Manga Updates to track when new chapters are out, get my manga through BT, and maybe join a forum to find out about good new series. Blah... what a pain.
