How is he doing these days? Has he had any more urinary issues since you got him the fountain?

Neelix is doing great, thanks for asking!! 
No issues at all since making the switch to the water fountain. Sleek & spoiled rotten!! He celebrated his 10th birthday on April 9th, and he's lookin' good!
