I got a job

Well, a temp job. lol But it's a job. I'll be working for a week starting Oct 26 thru Nov 2 for the county election board sorting ballots. Nothing exciting, but it's money coming in. Looking forward to it. Should be interesting to see how this process works. Wish me luck.

Congrats and Good Luck! It's harder then ever to find a job anywhere. It may only be a temp job but it gives you something recent to put on other applications for when that job does end, and you are looking for work again.

Yup, any work is definitely better than no work, especially since sorting ballots doesn't involve anything disgusting like shoveling garbage or cleaning used fryer grease out of ovens or what have you.
