My Wittle Princess is turning into a Savage Beast.

Miss Cecil has been racking up her mouse kills. It's Winter so the little buggers are coming inside. However, it seems like the longer she has to hunt a mouse, the more frustrated/angry she gets with it. Her kills have become downright sadistic. First, you never could tell how she'd kill the mouse. Then, I began to notice puncture holes here and there (mostly around the head and neck.) This morning, I found the little guy with its throat ripped out. A bloody mess! Also, Mom noticed she has been playing quite aggressively with her toys.

My sweet kitty has become quite the Tigress.

Well, hopefully she will eventually figure out what to do with them after finishing them off. The last time a mouse got into my house the cat that dealt with the problem made sure to do away with the evidence herself.

Occasionally we get field mice in my building at work. It amazes me to see how many grown women absolutely FREAK OUT at the sight of a mouse.
It would be almost comical if they were not truly fearful. Miss Cecil would be highly appreciated by them!

I admit I shirk when I see a mouse. Odd, because I have a pet rat. Also, I kinda have a theory that, thanks to pop culture, women are wired (so to speak,) to instantly squeal at the sight of a mouse.

Cecil sounds possessed, or was a crazed murderer in some past life if you believe in reincarnation. Have you looked to see how these lil buggers are coming in? How would you break a cat of this, or at the very least get it to soften its murderous tactics?

I know one way to keep Miss Cecil from decimating the mouse population: figure out how they're getting into your house and stop them. No mice in house = no mice bits spread around house.
