Ex got denied!!

She filed for visit because of a new Judge being in there now and I got a letter today stating she filed but he is dismissing it and not holding a hearing to give her a chance at visits again. This is good news for me.I was worried she would eventually try and she did but got denied.
I did tell the kids she filed and showed my daughter the paper work. She laughed and said she don't want to see her anyways.
My kids are just fine without her being around.After 3 years,they have adjusted better then me or anyone else expected.
Heck I already have my daughter planning what career she wants,most at 14 don't put much thought into what they want to do when they get older but she has and has already taken steps in that direction with school. She joined the ROTC program at school since she wants to go into the Air Force after high school.

Is your ex ever going to learn? Seriously? Maybe the judge should just order her to be whacked upside with a cinderblock already and get it over with. It can't possibly make her any stupider, and might theoretically knock some sense in to her.

BTW, I salute your daughter for deciding to go into the armed forces as soon as she's done with high school. Anyone who has the dedication to serve and protect this country has my genuine respect.

She is wanting to go into nursing. She has talked to the ROTC people about it already so they know her plans.

Huh, hadn't thought about that option. I guess it does make sense, though. Every branch of the military needs nurses and all. In that case, why the Air Force in particular?

Air Force is the only ROTC program offered at her High School so that is what she is going with.
