Anyway, the only clear exception I can think of to this trend off the top of my head is Hilde from Soul Calibur IV, who has a full-body suit of armor that's both practical and really cool-looking. She even has a long, flowing dress for an alternate costume that's not risque at all, just pretty and elegant. That's some hell of a departure from the other female character designs in the series (*coughIvycough*).
