Be all American and deep-fry that shizam.

:yucky:

I must be a dirty Commie because I can't stand deep fried...anything. I seriously don't know how people can eat fried turkey. We are heading to my sister's house for ThanksBirfday celebrations. Mmm...turkey.

Which turkey meat do you prefer? White or dark? I honestly can't taste a difference.

Happy Thanksgiving (or Turkey Day,
or Day off... etc) everyone! Did
everyone refrain from excee-
ding their digestive limit-
ations? I showed some
restrain this year, b-
ut I'll be going all
out for work t-
omorrow th-
ough (lau-
ghs)! I
plan
to
bring
some ric-
e, mixed ve-
getables and stu-
ffing with me from h-
ome along with a few sli-
ces of sweet potato pie (I kn-
ow... I'm basic in terms of taste,
laughs). No meat for me, so I had n-
one, but when I did, I never knew the d-
ifferece between dark and white meat asi-
de from the obviously notable color variations.
If there's a taste difference, I've not experienced it.

:noclue:

Turkey is better than ham anyway, and pretty much any way you can serve turkey is better tasting than deep fried. :p

That said, no turkey day up here. The Canadian variant of this particular harvest festival needs must occur earlier for the obvious reasons. :p

LOL I've never had deep-fried turkey before. I'd probably eat it if somebody served it, since I generally like deep-fried stuff, but I still don't see the necessity. Turkey is perfectly good the normal way. Anyway, I prefer dark meat. I find that it tends to be a little moister and have a little more flavor than white meat usually does.
