Well, now I have to retract the people pictures statement slightly as I shot my first wedding today. Was actually pretty fun! Of course, I was working with a seasoned pro, so the edge was kinda off me (even though he had a couple camera malfunctions which put me on lead). On the overall though... I still like the previous mentioned stuff better

As for the lightning shot, that was actually done using my old Kodak point & shoot years ago! Total lucky shot I'll openly admit. But if I were to attempt a lightning shot now, such would be performed using BuLB... which is basically a long exposure you hold til the lightning flashes, then release. Just haven't really had such an opportunity as yet.

I haven't spent a penny on one. I don't plan to change that any time soon. I am getting tired of Sony's BS.

Congratulations on your wedding photo opportunity, Roemello!
That scenario reminds me of my wedding op a few months
back where the official photographer was taking pictu-
res with his professional camera and I was doing t-
he same with my Canon Powershot. He was su-
rprised how well a few of my pictures came
out considering how technically advance-
d his was and how often he changed
lenses to accommodate the ever
adjusting scenery (laughs). I
originally didn't plan on ge-
tting a Vita either until
I stumbled upon a pr-
omotion which ma-
de owning one w-
orthwhile (at l-
east for me).
Now, I can-
not put t-
he dev-
ice d-
ow-
n.
