Videogames no more makes one violent than porn makes one a rapist.
Smoking weed was supposed to make you into an axe-murderer.
Masturbation is supposed to make you go blind.

Well, videogames can make someone violent if they already
suffer from violent tendencies, just like porn can make
someone a rapist who is already struggling with su-
ch tendencies... so even though the various m-
ediums aren't completely to blame, for th-
ose who are already suffering and are
not receiving some degree of help
for their mental instabilities,
these mediums won't hel-
p and may contribut-
e to their issues.

If violent videogames make one violent, then WHY aren't Japanese, South Korean and German streets running red with blood?

therapy or the lifestyle that would pr-
event one from being influenced
by such titles prevent such pr-

ome influenced by it? I
remember watching Rocky
or some classic Bruce Lee mo-
vies and thinking that I could bea-
t up anyone... but that was just a fee-
ling. Some people act on this feeling in a
negative way, that's when the problem starts.
So we all are influenced by movies, games, music
and other forms of entertainment, but how we allow t-
he mediums to motivate us is what can become a problem.
