Super Mario 3D World on Wii U and WWE 2K14 occasionally on 360. Not too much gaming for me on the overall lately!

Re: What are you playing right now?
Good thing you have the mod, Nakor! After the first level, I'm sure things get much
more interesting, that is if you're patient enough to get beyond that point (lau-
ghs). The combining of the two makes thing that much more convenient to
play... so it was well worth the wait in my opinion. Good luck with you-
r progress in it. Congratulations on your latest gaming acquisition b-
eing the Wii U and the titles you've gotten for it, Pelord! It's a s-
hame that you weren't able to take advance of the price dro-
p. I wanted to get one myself, but it's going to be a while
before I get another console. I'm interested in that Du-
ck Tales remake as well. Talk about nostalgia! And
with the original voice actors too? I can't wait!!
Plus I enjoyed the cartoon back then, so I s-
hould have gotten this game when it was
initially released (laughs). I'll get it on-
e day. Smash Bros is the one I really
want to get this system for, thou-
gh the Super Mario 3D World is
THE title that caught my att-
ention first. I'm glad you're
enjoying those Xbox 360
titles. Which of those
have you been play-
ing more, Pelord?
How far did yo-

Kenseid-

t I've played
that game. Then
again, there's plenty
of games that I've misse-
d back then and even more
that I'm missing now (laughs). H-
ave you tried the multiplayer mode
for Super Mario 3D World yet, Roemello?
I hear that it's insane when 3 other players a-
re competing. I was able to get the following titles:
-WWE 2K14 (360)
-Need For Speed: Rivals (360)
-Batman: Arkham Origins (360)
-LEGO Marvel Superheroes (360)
-Call of Duty: Ghosts (360)

Re: What are you playing right now?
For a sorcerer I think they get interesting around lvl 4 when you pick up your first 2nd level spells, or perhaps at lvl 6 when you acquire your 3rd level major damage spells like Fireball or Lightning Bolt. Then again, I guess most classes pick up around that point. Thieves are getting ready to multi-class (if they intend to), Druids are picking up their wild form (shapeshifting), clerics also hit level 3 spells around there... you start to get enough tools to have some interesting choices rather than just "hit things 'til dead."

Re: What are you playing right now?
I think I had the most fun with Dead Rising 2 out of the Gold promotion, but also enjoyed Crackdown as well. I've played Co-Op for each of them and I like how the available games have been promoting cooperative play. Finished Dead Rising 2, and close to finishing Crackdown I believe. Eventually going to go for a 3 or 4 player Co-Op of Halo 3 at some point, just don't know when.
Also had fun with WWE 2K14, had a CPU match putting Santa Claus, The Grinch, and Frosty the Snowman in a Triple Threat Extreme Rules match, lol.
And my Nintendo Network ID is kohpelord if anyone wants to add me (mostly for Wii U, but you can also follow on 3DS Miiverse).

Re: What are you playing right now?
Nintendo ID's been borked on and off since Christmas. The 3DS eShop was dead through to yesterday, and now they've set it to have restricted hours 1am-1pm PST because they still can't handle the traffic. It seems to be better now, although it's still blocked after 1pm. I really pity the people who got a 3DS+game bundle that didn't have the game preinstalled (the Zelda:ALBW bundle didn't have the game preinstalled).

Re: What are you playing right now?
Nakor, to me it seems like this structure is intentional, because when a character
get's their first major upgrade, it prompts the player to want to level up even
more since now you see the rewards for your efforts in powering up. It he-
lps to keep things interesting and prevent the player from getting bor-
e with their choice of character where as if they've gotten the skil-
ls much later, players probably wouldn't have the patience to e-
ndure the monotony of the "hit things til' dead" (laughs). Is t-
here a particular class that you find more interesting tha-
nks to your style of play? Pelord, Crackdown is fun wh-
en going multiplayer with a friend. The dual devast-
ation that can be caused is awesome! I remember-
r a friend and I stacked as many explosive barr-
els as we could find as high as we could get
them near a vehicle which my friend got
into. I shot the barrel which created a
huge explosion and sent the vehicle
soaring what seems like a mile in-
to the air (laughs)! That match
sounded like a LOT of fun to
watch! Did the Grinch win
it (laughs)? Thanks for t-
he info. I'll include yo-
u in my 3DS if I can
remember to do
so (laughs). I'll
get around t-
o it event-
ually, I
hope
(laughs).
I used to vi-
sit the e-shop d-
aily, though now th-
at I have the Vita and h-
ave been getting more into
it, I've used the 3DS less and th-
e e-shop, I rarely visit... so I don't k-
now how often they update now. I used
to like the shows they had reporting the new
game releases and other gaming information. Has
there been improvements to the e-shop since then at all?

Re: What are you playing right now?
Actually, a video of the Christmas match is right here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=93pLD9X5PNE
Speaking of the eShop, I also picked up a prepaid card for Xbox and eShop today so I'll probably be getting some more stuff with those soon (since eShop should be working now).

Re: What are you playing right now?
Picked up Harvest Moon: A New Beginning after getting a 3DS for xmas, so I've been playing that of late. I'm still not sure it holds up to HM64 or HM:BtN, but maybe that's nostalgia speaking. Still, it's one of the better ones in my opinion.

Re: What are you playing right now?
Zelda: A Link Between Worlds on 3DS. I thought it was gonna be a repeat of Link to the Past, but it's actually just the same overworld with a whole new story, dungeons and gameplay mechanics! Somehow they made a world once very familiar, unfamiliar

Re: What are you playing right now?
Now THAT was an unexpectedly comical match, Pelord (laughs)!
Since then, have you downloaded any other characters and
posted any other matches? You should provide more lin-
ks so that such videos can get more reviews. It dese-
rves more in my opinion. Thanks for sharing it wi-
th us! So how does Harvest Moon: A New Begi-
inning hold up against the others, Nakor? I
am certain you've had more time to get
into it by now. Do you still consider i-
t one of the better versions? Roem-
ello, your opinion of Zelda: A Li-
nk between Two Worlds is on-
e that I've been hearing si-
miliarly as of late, so I
just may have to in-
vest in it myself.
I thought it w-
as more of
the sam-
e. Ma-
yb-
e I wa-
s wrong. I
didn't think t-
he 2d aspect was
enough to change the
formula. I went back to p-
laying a game I've never really
played much before and never pla-
yed back then: Super Mario 64DS. I ne-
ver played it for the N64 (ducks) and only
messed around with it for the 3DS. Now I'm R-
EALLY playing it and the difficulty is high, but I t-
hink that's partially due to me using the d-pad for it
on my DSi. I've just unlocked Mario and didn't realize tha-
t few things were changed in this rendition of the classic game.

Re: What are you playing right now?
It's definitely not the same game. The similarities are only in the general landscape and even a few locations are the same. but it stops there. Once you go into the dungeons and caves, it's a whole new world and even on the overworld, there's all new characters (except Sahasrahla). The 3D looks great and the new painting mechanic works seamlessly and makes for all new interesting puzzle solving in dungeons and caves. Definitely a worthwhile one to grab

Re: What are you playing right now?
It's good to know that this Zelda title has enough original
content to be an entire new adventure. Initially, I th-
ought it would be the same game as Link To The
Past but with a few minor alterations. My mi-
stake (laughs). At first, I was turned off b-
y the 2D aspect of it since I thought it
would take away from the 3D expe-
rience. I guess I'd have to play i-
t to see for myself. I hope to
try this one day. Right no-

nto a title I've had
for a long time
but never t-

Origins.
I'm playing
that before g-

n neglecting my Vita for
a while, but with the titles
which names I'll post below in
my possession, I have good reason
to get back gaming on the portable sy-
stem. Still making updates with the 3DS too.

-Sonic All-Stars Racing Transformed (wanted for a while)
-Muramasa: Rebirth (wanted for a while)
-Street Fighter X Tekken (found out how good a game it was... for me anyway)
-Rayman Legends (got for a good price... plus I'm liking the prequel; Origins)
-Injustice: Gods Among Us (heard it was going portable & had to get it)
Next, I'd really like
to own Dragonb-
all: Battle of
Z. Played

Dragonball Z: Battle of Z

I've also tried
Rayman: L-
