Uncapping a cable modem.....

Anyone here using a cable modem? A Motorola Surfboard Cable Modem? Check this link out then: http://www.surfboardhack.com .............This site tells you how to uncap, meaning your connection will be faster. The reason why I posted this is because I have tried it and cannot get very far. I need to get my boot file name, but none of the programs they have to offer works for me in obtaining it. So, if you have any plans on doing this, and if you do this, please let me know how you were able to do it. Also, if you are on AT&T Broadband Internet, well, that will definently help because the boot file name should be the same since I'm on that ISP. <i></i>

oadband but i've never heard of such a thing, and i'm not the most computer literate person in the world. But i'll go check it out and try to figure out a solution, which is the best I can do. <i></i>
