Well duy. I did have like a B+ average in four quarters of calculus, you know. I should sure as hell hope I can do basic algebra.

A furlong is a measure of length, not area. They still use the term in measuring horse racing tracks.

I'm not quite sure why they still use the term in horse racing, anyway. Wouldn't you think they'd have switched to a normal length of measure, like feet or miles, by now? $:\$

I SUCK when it comes to math. I'm amazed I did this well. For five years my dad and I would sit at the dining room table for 3 hours every night doing math HW. >.<

I'm taking two math courses in college this fall: College Algebra and Applied Business Math. O.o
