BBRT Arcade is BACK!!!!

Not yet, but I haven't forgotten about it either. I just gotta hope with that, that it's simply a matter of a bad version of the game and an easy fix to switch it with the version we had on the previous forum.

That white background issue is a mystery to me... Kenseiden had a similar issue with breakout, but nor I or the few others that tested it had any issue using the same exact browsers. Similarly to that situation, I checked Asteroids out right now with the latest Firefox and it comes up perfect! Black background and all as it should be. Not sure if that's some kind of odd browser quirk or something in the settings or a plug in maybe that could conflict?

So far, no change...it's still shooting polar bears in a blizzard.

I suck at Asteroids anyway. Even if the game crashed for me, too, it would affect my life much.

I forget, did they ever make a Pokemon Pinball game for DS? That would probably be fun. The previous two were good games, anyway, and the DS has a lot more screen space for tables (both height and width wise) than the GBA did.

No, although I remember seeing mention of something of the sort. I never played the GBA one, but the GBC one was really fun. It's about the only Pokémon thing I picked up after the original game. (I loved that game, and it lasted me ages, but I was never able to get into any of the others in the slightest . . . seemed too repetitive of the first I guess.)

Oh, I sank a fookin' crapload of hours into the original Pokemon Blue. I honestly can't even recall how many, it was so many. The hours I spent on each of the subsequent games, meanwhile, declined further with each edition, to the point where I only played through Diamond once and then sold it back. They just never updated the fundamental game system enough to keep it fresh for me, even with the nostalgia value involved. But yeah, the GBC Pokemon Pinball was a really fun game. The GBA version was pretty fun, too, although it didn't have the rumble feature in it. That was kind of an additional bonus quirk of the original game.
