I never do. Many people get sick from the actual shot too.

Nope. I hate needles. Also, every one I knew that got the shot, got sick.

I've heard that same thing about the shot. I don't tend to get sick even with common colds, so not about to throw my natural defenses off with some shot.... everything works well enough on it's own.

More people I know from work end up on sick days who took the flu shot than those who didn't. There's also studies to determine whether getting the flu shot annually actually weakens your immune system such that you become reliant on it, and missing the flu shot would result in having a much increased chance of getting sick. And I never really get a bad flu if any, so no, I don't take the shot.

I cannot remember the last time
that I had a flu shot (and no,
I am not afraid of needle
either, laughs). The t-
ea that I make has
been keeping ill-
nesses from
befalling
me so
far.

Never had a flu shot. Most folks that I know who've gotten the shot have gotten the flu anyway, so I haven't bothered.

I used to because I heard that it was good for you to do so. I don't do it anymore because I have seen evidence to the contrary of that.
As others have said, everything seems to work fine without it anyway.

I don't do flu shots. I had a bad flu in January of this year but that's fine. It happens, that's life. There are reasons to not get the flu shot.

Nope. Everyone I know who gets the flu shot, comes down with the flu. (Even though it's just a milder case then what is going around.

)
I don't trust what the government wants to inject us with anymore. They lie to us too many times. I have a big beef with that.
