I'm Back

Figured it was time to stop by again. I've missed this place. Just needed some time to my self for a while to sort through some things. THings are looking much better in some ways. Still dealing with some family issues, but thoise can wait for another day. Main thing is I'm feeling better about myself for the first time in years. I owe that to a lot of the counseling i've been going through.

Might have to hold off on blowing up castles just yet!!!! LOL Lost my balance yesterday ans fell backwards into a bookcase. Luckily for it's old and not in good shape, cause I broke a shelf on it. Guess I'm stronger than I look. I'm off to the dr to get it checked out today. Pretty stiff and sore right now.

Have you been getting any sort of physio- or massage therapy?

I'v just been icing it for now. See the dr in 2 hrs to get his recomendation. I already have muscle ralaxers to take for it. JUst trying to take it easy today.

lol Right now I have appts with 3 different counselors!!!! Long story. Definately have a lot going on right now.
