So, this looks to be the only good anime this season. At first it looks like typical magical girl moe shizam, but if you stick with it, you'll see that it's much more.... there's about a 10 second creepy moe sequence in the OP, but aside from that it's good, and definitely not what it appears to be at first.
Stick with it through episode 3 to see what I mean.
If you don't, kyubey will stare into your soul. ◕‿‿◕

Oh hai. I actually thought about checking it out on the off chance it was good, but then I didn't. And you can't say it's the only good one when there's Zombie lulz to be had.
Maybe I'll check it out. Not this week though; two midterms, an essay and two homework assignments to deal with... blarg.

What's weird about this show is that it's basically like watching the cast of Hidamari Sketch in a magical girl show, or at least that's what one of the guys in my anime club has told me. Same character designer, some of the same voice actors...
The music is by Kajiura Yuki, though, which is awesome. Can never have too much awesome .hack//sign-style music.

I refuse to concede that it's the only good series this season, but I will add it to my list to watch anyways.
For me, Gosick is turning out to be my fav for this season, but I've always been a huge Sherlock Holmes fan. :3
