A Japanese designer is creating some of the world's most expensive dresses made entirely out of balloons (did Kate Middleton's dress inspire a balloon dress?). Designer Rie Hosokai says each dress is made by hand by weaving balloons like fabric (see more photos of dresses made from balloons). The price tag is pretty steep, about $3,000 (how much is the world's most expensive dress?), considering the shelf-life of the dresses.
