I knew some of the stuff on the Think Geek catalog would be fake on April 1st... as tradition dictates. They didn't really do a great job as there wasn't anything that screamed "Mii Wantee"

Mojang with their Minecraft 2.0 preview (which was later noted to be their joke) was very mixed, as it was either an extremely lame joke OR an extremely stupid move on their behalf. Throwing in some legitimate stuff (like the tinted glass) really blurred the lines, but a fair amount of that stuff was just too obvious.

It seems as though Joystiq had few major pranks
this year either (or was it that I visited the
site much less around the time?). Coul-
d it be that creativity this year all
around was much less evident
or the desire for fooling t-
