I caught that on Youtube (via Wii) & that's just crazy for what they dumped into it... not to mention the number of calories that thing had (~40 days worth).

Add to this the fact that the woman
at the end ate as much of it as s-
he did. I really hope for her s-
ake that she was able to s-
pit it out after the cam-
era recorded her eat-
ing it. How is the
Wii with Youtu-
be? For me, I-
t was a bit
slow wit-
h long
vide-
os.

:noclue:

T-
hen a-
gain, that
was more tha-
n a year ago, so I
am sure updates hav-
e helped since then (at l-
east I hope). I'll have to try it
again one day, but it has to happ-
en before June (when the Wii goes o-
ffline) since many channels will be lost t-
hen. Enjoy the browser while it's still around.

I'm just hoping that their calorie / fat counters are for the ENTIRE THING & not for any particular "serving"... as eating something that calorie-rich is bound to cause you to throw up (or at the very least get sick).

I can't remember where I read / heard about it, but the human's normal caloric limit is like 20,000 Calories (10x daily recommendation) & major athletes only burn like 6,000 Calories / day.

Interesting information, TStodden! I'll see
if I can research it later. I'm sure the
human body does have a limit in
terms of calories, though I d-
idn't know it was 20,000.
I guess this is why pe-
ople are advised t-
o live an active
lifestyle; to
help burn
some o-
f tho-
se
calor-
ies off. T-
he average p-
erson doesn't swe-
at enough to burn off
the calories they build up
daily. Weight control involves
one of two scenarios. Either redu-
ce your calories per day or exercise
more. If you choose both, it's even bet-
ter health-wise... but people want their c-
akes and wish to eat them too (man, I hate th-
at adage, but it does fit this topic and point thou-
gh... laughs). The human body is very intelligent in th-
e sense that it attempts to work with what we provide it
with. In spite of the junk food and lack of water, sunlight an-
d proper nutrients we give it to work with, it still tries to find w-
ays to process and utilize the garbage we subject it to until it gets to
the point where it can no longer function under such conditions. We owe
it to our bodies to show them a little more respect. It's what I'm trying to do.
