Photoshop is really nice for <i> editing</i> pics. I'd personally say it's the best out there. But it's really difficult to <i> draw new pics</i> with it sometimes, and that's kinda where Paint Shop Pro shines. Still, it's a nice program, again, I'd say the best out there, and if you want to draw pics with it, then by all means, start practicing! <i></i>

I'm going to get Paint Shop when I go back to work and get some money saved (Hopefully in a few weeks.) The lucky thing for me is, I got Photoshop for free and I love how I can edit with ease. :lol <
