Ever since last night's dinner of grilled trout and slamon I've had a craving for more fish. I decided to mke this thread to see what your favorite fish is to eat?
My favorite fish to eat is tuna, and not just in the cnas.

I also love salmon, haddock and cod fish.

I'm not huge on fish, but I like some

Haddock & tuna from that list.... and though I haven't had it since I was a kid... I think it was flounder that I really liked too. Been so long, I forget what it tastes like, but I think that's one I liked

It's like me with trout. Until last Sunday, I haven't had trout since I was little when my grandfather brought home a whole trout. I forgot how good it tasted.

Tilapia all the way. I've never had bad tilapia. There's a place up on Lake Erie that my wife and I plan weekend trips around (just so we can eat there) and they serve, though just in the warmer months, the best tilapia on the planet. It's smothered in this lemon wine sauce, cooked to absolute perfection, and served with a side of redskin mashed potatoes. Granted, the sauce makes the dish, but the tilapia makes it super-good. (Though this sauce is the kind of stuff that could make dirt palatable.)

You know I don't think I've ever had Tilapia before. I'll have to try it sometime. I heard it's a good fish to eat.

Freshly-caught, beer-battered & deep-fried pickerel or Northern Pike. Nothin' better!
