BBRoundtable

I found a firefox Add-on that makes downloading youtube videos a breeze. It's called Download Helper. Once installed, you will find a little icon resembling an atom next to your address bar, it will start rotating when it detects a video file. Click the "Down Arrow next to the rotating icon, select your video from the list, save it, viola...you have a video. However, like all Youtube videos, it's in FLV format (Kinda like flash), so if you don't want to spend time or money on a video converter like Total Video Converter, you can always download a freeware viewer like Any FLV Player.

Useful tip, Brian! Thanks for the info!

This is also an option for converting FLV files.

I'm a fan of Any Video Converter (free edition). It has a lot more options for the destination file, including quality options. Also converts much faster than most of my tools. Works great with my Sansa.
