That Canuckian thing that involves skating around hitting people and whacking round, black things with curved sticks. The Winter Olympics are pretty cool when they're on, too, but you obviously don't get to see that very often. Oh well. I'll just have to settle for the Winter X-Games or something instead when there's no hockey on.

Watching skiing is pretty cool, as long as it's downhill and they're moving fast. Watching cross-country skiing is probably not terribly interesting.

Hibernation sounds about right for me, too given lack of time

When I did have time though, I'd watch Basketball (not so much a winter sport, just happens to run during the winter ) and hockey.

Hibernation is fun to play, but really boring to watch. Kinda like golf or soccer. I know that last part would probably piss off most of the world, but I've both played and watched soccer many times, and it's just not all that interesting to see on TV. Too much passing, not enough offense. Any game where 1-0 is practically the standard score has major issues.

I'd say figure skating but I haven't tried it yet. I like to watch skiing too but I wouldn't try it because of the risk of injury.
