And....Yesterday afternoon. They moved a lot...so they are all doing well! Momma bird is already getting used to seeing me around, because tonight I was able to sit on my front porch bench and she stayed cuddled with them instead of flying away to the tree. If you look closely, you can see one little beak there.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwww.... babieeeeeeeeeeesss!!! They always look so funny before feathers grow in and they just have the little hairs Next shot to try and catch is when they're awake and tweeting for food!!
A little messy, but cute. I had a Mama bird set up shop in our porch light (she got in through a broken pane of glass and Dad was too lazy to put a new light bulb back in.)
I've got a pretty territorial bird that's hanging around the cars and windows...fighting with his own reflection. Bad thing is, he's pooping all over everything.

That's why I said in the other thread that I prefer to see baby birds after they've been around for a week or two. They look less like strange, slightly fuzzy somethings at that point and more like CFTs.

I think she's a finch!
Now...here's one taken yesterday! When I first checked on them, I noticed that one was awake. So I went to grab the camera, but by the time I returned, he was already asleep again. You can already see a bit more and they are actually starting to get a few feathers!
