So, you've found your way to my awards program. That must mean you have a site that you're extraordinarily proud of and feel you deserve some recognition for all your hard work and creativity, correct? Well, you've come to the right place! The SE Awards are among the most difficult to achieve awards on the web today. Don't let the difficulty scare you off though. The high standards these awards represent are what make it all worthwhile. Ok, I'm through blabbing...on with the show!

The Spiffy Entertainment Awards were created on August 1, 1999, quite simply, to recognize the absolute best sites available on the web today. Today the awards are here not only to recognize the best sites out there, but also to help give webmasters/mistresses the motivation to continue striving for excellence in making for a better web community.

My evaluations of web sites are done very thoroughly. I'll go through your site from front to back and all points in-between. If it passes the basic criteria test, I then put it to the test of the advanced criteria for all my awards. Those who satisfy all of the basic and advanced criteria will earn the award best suited for their site. If you've won, you can expect a reply within 2-4 weeks. No notice is given if you haven't won.

The first thing you have to do is read the criteria. This is a very essential step, so please read through it carefully. It can really help your chances of winning if you go through your site prior to applying, making sure your site is compliant.

The next step would be to go check out what the awards look like. This page displays the award graphics, gives a short purpose for each award, and lists the advanced criteria elements for each of the awards.

I would highly suggest that you check out the winners list next. This is helpful in that it gives you an idea of what a qualifying site looks like. Please be sure to give them a look.
