Interesting information, TStodden! I'll see
if I can research it later. I'm sure the
human body does have a limit in
terms of calories, though I d-
idn't know it was 20,000.
I guess this is why pe-
ople are advised t-
o live an active
lifestyle; to
help burn
some o-
f tho-
se
calor-
ies off. T-
he average p-
erson doesn't swe-
at enough to burn off
the calories they build up
daily. Weight control involves
one of two scenarios. Either redu-
ce your calories per day or exercise
more. If you choose both, it's even bet-
ter health-wise... but people want their c-
akes and wish to eat them too (man, I hate th-
at adage, but it does fit this topic and point thou-
gh... laughs). The human body is very intelligent in th-
e sense that it attempts to work with what we provide it
with. In spite of the junk food and lack of water, sunlight an-
d proper nutrients we give it to work with, it still tries to find w-
ays to process and utilize the garbage we subject it to until it gets to
the point where it can no longer function under such conditions. We owe
it to our bodies to show them a little more respect. It's what I'm trying to do.
